1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentPlugin.net and Agent Plugins Hub (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Agent Plugins Hub

Agent Plugins Hub is an independent information and ranking service for Agent Plugins and related public repositories. The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the official Agent Plugins project, GitHub, or the maintainers of ranked third-party projects.

The official Agent Plugins 1.0 specification defines a package format; it does not operate or endorse this Site.

3. Repository Information and Rankings

We review public information to decide whether a project appears to meet the Site's published inclusion criteria. A label such as "Agent Plugins 1.0" means only that the referenced version passed a limited structural review of its manifest and basic components. It is not:

• a security audit or certification;
• a guarantee that the project is safe, accurate, maintained, or free of malicious code;
• proof of compatibility with every agent client or operating environment;
• an endorsement or recommendation by us or the official Agent Plugins project; or
• a guarantee that installation instructions will remain current.

Repository rankings are informational. They may use public metrics such as repository stars and seven-day star growth. They do not represent verified installations, active users, software quality, or security. Source data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable, and ranking methods may change when necessary to improve accuracy or resist manipulation.

Each ranking entry should identify its source repository and data-update time, plus the reviewed path or manifest, review commit, and review date where applicable. Always consult the original repository and current documentation before relying on an entry.

4. Third-Party Projects and Links

The Site links to repositories, documentation, and other websites controlled by third parties. We do not control their content, availability, licenses, privacy practices, or security. Your use or installation of a third-party plugin, Skill, MCP server, dependency, command, or service is a direct matter between you and that third party and is governed by its applicable terms and licenses.

Opening, downloading, installing, or running agent software can grant code or tools access to files, credentials, networks, external services, or other sensitive resources. Review the source, manifest, requested permissions, dependencies, installation steps, and project history, and use an isolated environment when appropriate. You assume the risks of choosing and using third-party projects.

5. Acceptable Use

You may browse and link to the Site for lawful purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, robots instructions, or other protective measures;
• use automated requests at a volume that degrades the Site or its upstream data sources;
• introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access;
• manipulate rankings, traffic, referrals, or analytics;
• misrepresent an association with the Site or the official Agent Plugins project; or
• use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, visitors, or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property and Ranking Record Requests

We and our licensors retain rights in the Site's original design, code, curation, and editorial content. These Terms do not grant you ownership of that material. Project names, logos, repository content, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their original licenses and terms. A ranking entry does not transfer or replace those rights.

If you own or maintain a ranked project and believe its entry is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or should be removed, contact support@agentplugin.net with the entry URL, your relationship to the project, and a clear explanation of the request. We may request reasonable verification and will review good-faith requests.

7. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove Site features, repository records, ranking methods, or content at any time. We aim to preserve useful source and update information, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every public repository will be ranked.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, security, availability, and compatibility.

The Site provides general technical information, not legal, security, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating any project before using it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Plugins Hub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Site or any third-party project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The revised Terms take effect when published here, unless a later date is stated. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us regarding the public Site, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
